This  well earned Masters License issued by Homeland Security,  US Coast Guard for successfully demonstrating in-depth knowledge of marine regulations and 21 years of experience on vessels up to 50 tons. Captain Ed has gained additional experience operating water taxis in Baltimore (www.thewatertaxi.com)  and New York (www.nywatertaxi.com) making on average 6 dockings per hour in current and heavy commercial traffic.
