Pre-survey.  My experience in the marine industry has made me aware of many yacht manufactures products and their strengths as well as their weaknesses. . This knowledge allows me to offer a consulting service that is free to the prospective buyer.  Because it is free it is unbiased, allowing for an objective look at the vessel.  This is not a survey, but more a pre-survey to determine if the vessel is worth going forward with a professional survey. Yacht made ready, for the season. Whether it is managing the winterization or the summarization it takes the burden off the busy owner to do it themselves or worry about arranging and supervising the work.  The service can include bringing the yacht to storage facility, insuring proper supported storage and or shrink wrap.  Commissioning in the summer to allow for a turn-key start to the season.

When you are planning to take out some business guests and would rather spend the time with your guests then hiring a Captain to take care of the yacht provisioning and operation makes good sense, especially if the owner is planning to drink alcoholic beverages.  Day rates are inexpensive and smart considering the work necessary to accomplish a successful outing.
